In-Home Lactation Help in Whatcom County 

Breasts R Best (BRB) is a private lactation consulting service that provides in-home breastfeeding help and support to families in most of Whatcom County in Northwest Washington State (including Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Birch Bay, Blaine, Everson, Custer, Deming and Sumas.)  

BRB is owned by Patty Hiestand, RN, BSN, IBCLC, a maternal/child home health care nurse and a board-certified lactation consultant with more than three decades experience helping new moms and babies (and dads and supportive others) get off to a happy, healthy start. Recognizing that breast milk is the best nutrition for babies, BRB's mission is to help families in a way that works best for them. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. (And, of course, fed is best.)
